qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1968 and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1977. Has held senior managerial positions in various multinationals before he took to full time professional practice in 1992. Specializing in internal auditing and due diligence work, he has a sphere of technical expertise concerning all matters related to corporate finance, corporate insurance & risk
management, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.

P.Das,
a senior member of the Chartered Accountancy profession with over 35 years of experience in corporate finance. He was the Sr. Vice President - Finance of a large commercial
organization in India having interests in tea and fertilizers. He is considered to be an authority in corporate and tea finance, with CDR being his main forte. He has served on the committee of various Chambers of commerce and trade associations in India. At present he is also a member of a high powered committee of the Govt. of West Bengal, India. |

S. Datta Gupta qualified as a Chartered Accountant after completing his articles with Ray & Ray, the Indian arm of Moore Stephens International. Started DGA in 1986 and has been in professional practice throughout. A Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1991, he
specializes in all aspects of taxation and advises on both personal and corporate taxes, often with international and offshore dimensions. As the Managing Associate, he holds the overall responsibility for day to day operations, strategic directions, decision making and also for all recruitments and staff training.
In addition, the BPO operations are also looked after by
him personally.

Roy, a rank holder through out his academic career . He was associated with prominent corporate houses and has acquired over 40 years experience in Sales , Commercial , Purchase , Inventory and Export marketing . Was a member of Advisory Committee formed by the Steel Ministry of India . He was the CEO and Executive Director of a major Printing Ink manufacturing Company and was responsible for developing and opening up export markets in South East Asian Countries. Based in
Mumbai, he represents DGA in the western parts of India and in the Middle East.

Ujjal Gupta, Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India with over 33 years experience in management,
finance, HR and in dealing with critical business
situations, covering business turn- arounds, mergers,
business integration and start up operations.Work experiences include MNCs like Unilever (FMCG),
WPP Group (Communication), IMSG (Marketing Services) and
Indian group RPG Enterprises.

Nandini Dutta, Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 and started her career as an Auditor in one of the top five audit firms in India, M/s S.B. Billimoria &
Co. (presently Deloitte, India,
a subsidiary firm of Deloitte & Touche USA LLP). She has diverse experience in various areas of banking with specialization in International Trade Finance
having headed various departments for 20 years in two of the leading Foreign Banks in India. Nandini has also been Vice President of a BPO engaged in Hedge
Fund administration, managing teams carrying out outsourced Middle Office functions for overseas Prime Brokers and Hedge funds. She occasionally conducts
lectures/classes as guest faculty on International Trade Finance at various Professional Institutions.
